Support-related features degraded due to Salesforce worldwide incident

Multiple features/services related to Payfit’s customer service and help are down due to an ongoing Salesforce incident (https://status.salesforce.com/incidents/20004433). The following impacts can be noticed in the app:

• Livechat fully unavailable
• Support “Inbox” empty - users can still create support tickets, but they won’t appear in the Inbox during the incident, and we will only be able to handle them once the incident is solved
